Container-type wastewater treatment plant is also called corrugated board integrated sewage treatment equipment, which refers to equipment external steel plates are all made of corrugated plates, with the characteristics of beautiful appearance and high strength. 
After many years of precipitation, New Yuda container-type wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded to the third generation; the four corner columns of the box also changed the traditional container production mode, and adopt one-step forming. 
The internal structure of the equipment has been fully integrated with the corrugated plate structure based on years of production experience, especially the internal mud bucket, water distribution, water collection weir and other structures.
 
Technical Characteristics 
1. The appearance depends on corrugated board, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and high strength, etc.; 
2. The size is not limited to standard container size, and can be customized in a flexible way; 
3. The processing unit can be designed in a single group or groups, and can be customized according to the field conditions; 
4. It is not restricted by the process, and can adopt various processes such as A/0, AA/0, AO+MBR, MBBR and so on; 
5. It can be buried or on the ground; 
6. It is optional to select to be equipped with device room/adjustment pool.

A2/O Process
Container-type wastewater treatment plant adopts A2/O process, which ensures the removal effect of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and also strengthens the removal effect of phosphorus.Container-type wastewater treatment plant adopts biological process, where microorganisms mainly grow on spherical filler media, which can achieve the separation of hydraulic retention time and sludge retention time, and help to enrich the specialized functional microorganisms which have a long generation time and a good treatment effect, and the biological is microbial aggregation with certain thickness, and compared with activated sludge method, biofilm method is more resistant to shock load and the operation of the equipment is more stable. Container-type wastewater treatment plant adopts the design concept of low volumetric loading, and the hydraulic retention time is more than 24 hours, which helps to increase the microbial self-oxidizing ability, and improves the quality of the effluent while reducing the production of residual sludge, and reduces the cost of sludge treatment and the cost of construction of sludge tanks. Container-type wastewater treatment plant is simple and unmanned operation, the use of Internet of Things technology can realize remote mobile management to save operation and maintenance labor costs.
Advanced Waste Treatment Technologies for Hospital Hygiene Needs 

(1) Anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic, the combination of three different environmental conditions and microbial communities are capable of simultaneously removing organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus.  
(2) In the process of simultaneous deoxygenation, phosphorus removal, and organic matter removal, this process flow is the simplest, and the total hydraulic retention time is also less than other similar processes.   
(3) Under the alternating environmental of anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic, filamentous bacteria do not reproduce in large numbers, and the SVI is generally less than 100, so sludge expansion does not occur.  
(4) The phosphorus content in sludge is high, generally above 2.5%.

Process description
1.  After passing through the septic tank, the sewage from each household is collected by the sewage pipe network. The animal and vegetable oil in the sewage must be removed by a grease trap before entering the sewage pipe network for treatment.
2. After the domestic sewage is collected in the pipeline network, the debris and large particles are separated through the bar screen well to prevent blockage.
3. After separated by the bar screen well the sewage enters into the equalization tank. The purpose to set up equalization tank is to control water quality and water quantity to meet process requirements, so that the water quality and water quantity entering the treatment tank are more stable.
4. The sewage in the equalization tank is pumped to the treatment tank for treatment through a  lifting pump.
5. The intelligent sewage treatment tank is designed with five compartments, they are: oil separation and sand sedimentation compartment, anaerobic compartment, anoxic compartment, aerobic compartment and sedimentation compartment. It degrades COD in sewage through the action of microorganisms and realizes denitrification at the same time. 
6. After being treated by the intelligent sewage treatment tank, the sewage enters the ecological filter for polished treatment. The sewage is deeply treated by the synergistic effects of artificial media, plants, and microorganisms, ensuring that the sewage is stably discharged in compliance with the standards. The effluent from the ecological filter flows into the nearby water body.
7. The intelligent sewage treatment tank is made of SMC/Glass fiber reinforced plastic material, we provide 1 year warranty for the whole system.
