XYD series water purifier is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is an optimized combination of water purification processes such as dosing, mixing, coagulation, sedimentation, sludge thickening, filtration, automatic backwashing, disinfection, etc., and it can conveniently purify surface water such as water from reservoirs, mountain streams, or gullies, and rivers, etc. into drinking water that meets the requirements of "Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water for Daily Use" (GB5749-2006).


The core technology of the water purifier---reaction precipitator

1. Our company's flocculation reaction process is based on the core technology of the inner and outer spiral grid coil reactor, which has obtained a national invention patent. The source water added with coagulants enters the inner and outer spiral grid coil channels, and the water flow is a two-way rotating cross flow of the inner and outer layers. The water flow downward along the spiral channel forms a large number of reaction vortices under the combined action of outward centrifugal force and downward gravity, Greatly improving the collision efficiency of particles in the source water, it can quickly form uniform, dense, and easy to precipitate alum flowers. Compared with traditional flocculation reactors, the flocculation reaction efficiency can be increased by about one time, and the dosage of coagulants can be reduced by 20-30% compared to traditional straight plate grid reactors. It also has the advantage of strong impact load resistance, fully solving the problem of reactor layout for circular purification equipment, Especially suitable for factory scale production.

2. The sedimentation process of our reaction precipitator adopts the design of connecting the flocculation reaction and sedimentation area up and down as a whole, utilizing the patented technology of V-shape water flow guide plate to make the rising water flow rate gradually slow down under the joint action of the top support force of the water flow and the alum sinking in the sedimentation area, a floc suspension layer of 300mm or so is formed between the reaction area and the sedimentation area, and the suspended colloidal particles in the water, flocs, bacteria, germs and other impurities will be intercepted in this floc suspension layer, which greatly improves the separation and sedimentation efficiency of alum. The flocculent suspension layer greatly improves the separation and sedimentation efficiency of the alum, ensuring that when the turbidity of the influent water is <=3000NTU, the effluent from the precipitator is less than 10NTU, which reduces the load of the subsequent filters and greatly improves the processing efficiency of the purification equipment.
