NEW YUDA waste incinerator adopts patented high temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, which conforms to the design principle of 3T+E, and the whole system operates under negative pressure.  3T refers to temperature, residence time , air mixing intensity turbulence, and E refers to excess air.

   In the state of lack of oxygen in the first combustion chamber, the garbage is cracked into various combustible substances at a high temperature of 550-750°C, and then after entering the co-combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber, it is fully mixed with the excess oxygen entering through the tangential line.  It burns fully at high temperature to achieve smokeless and odorless emission.Next, the flue gas enters the flue gas filtration equipment, and the carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfides and heavy metals contained in the flue gas are filtered layer by layer to achieve the standard emission of flue gas.

     When the temperature of the first combustion chamber continues to reach above 550°C, the burner can be turned off; when the temperature of the second combustion chamber exceeds 850°C, the burner can be turned off.  The entire operation process no longer requires fuel to assist combustion, which greatly saves operating costs.

    The whole system is fully enclosed, and there is no leakage of flue gas, and at the same time, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.  The unique double-layer thermal insulation design, high-quality material application, reasonable feeding method and advanced combustion principle ensure that the temperature of secondary combustion chamber is stable at 850-1100ºC, and the residence time of flue gas is ≥2S, so that the carcinogen dioxin can be fully absorbed break down.

Step 1
The sorted garbage enters the first combustion chamber in batches

Step 2
By controlling the air intake, the garbage is dried, thermally decomposed and burned out in the first combustion chamber. The ash is discharged out of the furnace through the ash discharge device

Step 3
The flue gas generated during drying and thermal decomposition enters the secondary combustion chamber through the mixed combustion chamber
 
Step 4
The combustible gas in the flue gas is fully burned for more than 2S at a high temperature of more than 850 ºC and discharged to the flue gas filtration equipment

Step 5
After the high-temperature gas discharged from the secondary combustion chamber enters the lye scrubber tower, the temperature drops from 850 ºC to about 180 ºC in 2S, which quickly crosses the secondary synthesis conditions of dioxin; Avoid the secondary production of dioxins

Step 6
The gas cooled and deacidified by the quench tower is efficiently separated from the particles in the gas and the large particles produced during deacidification in the cyclone dust collector


Step 7
After the flue gas discharged from the cyclone dust collector passes through the high-temperature pulse bag dust collector, the residual dust, fine particles, heavy metals, dioxins and other components attached to the gas are effectively intercepted to ensure that the tail gas treatment meets the standard.

Step8
Under the action of centrifugal fan, the flue gas precisely filtered by bag filter is discharged through the discharge chimney to meet the standard
