   Dosing System Process
   The dosing system's process commences at the chemical storage and preparation unit, where concentrated chemicals are diluted and blended into a uniform solution within the chemical tank via a mixer. Subsequently, the solution flows through an outlet valve and filter to remove impurities, then passes through a flow calibration column for visual flow verification and calibration. The metering pump, serving as the system's core, delivers the chemical solution with precision. Safety valves and pressure gauges provide over-reflux protection and pressure monitoring respectively, ensuring accurate injection at the target process point via the system outlet. The entire process is automated through monitoring and protection components such as low-level protection switches, guaranteeing the precision, stability, and system safety of chemical dosing.
