PP integrated sewage treatment equipment is named after the raw material and is a polymer and new material equipment. Raw Materials
For the raw materials, high-modulus polypropylene is used as the winding material. This material is currently an ideal choice for plastic materials used in underground water and sewage drainage as well as wastewater treatment. The elastic modulus of this material is ≥1,500MPA, and the elastic modulus of HDPE is only 800MPA. The elastic modulus plays a decisive role in the ring stiffness of the product, the higher the elastic modulus, the higher the ring stiffness of the product.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, highly crystalline milky white polymer with a density of only (0.90--0.91g/cm3). It is one of the lighter varieties in all plastics at present. It is particularly stable in water, with the water absorption rate of only 0.01% and the molecular weight of about 80,000-150,000. The product has good forming performance and the surface gloss.
 
Polypropylene has excellent chemical stability. In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents. However, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc. with low molecular weight can soften and swell polypropylene, and its chemical stability increases with the increase of crystallinity, so polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical equipment and accessories, and it has good anti-corrosion effect.
It is non-toxic and odorless, it has low density, and its strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, therefore it can be used at around 100°C. It has good dielectric property and high-frequency insulation, and it is not affected by humidity. Common organic solvents such as acids, alkali, etc. have almost no effect on it, and it can be used in tableware.
PPH is a PP homo-polymer with high molecular weight and low melt flow rate. It has a fine crystal structure after β-modification,so that it has excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and good creep resistance. It also has excellent impact resistance at low temperature.

A2/O Treatment Process

Sewage treatment equipment adopts A2/O process, which ensures the removal effect of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and also strengthens the removal effect of phosphorus.SMC sewage treatment tank adopts biological process, where microorganisms mainly grow on spherical filler media, which can achieve the separation of hydraulic retention time and sludge retention time, and help to enrich the specialized functional microorganisms which have a long generation time and a good treatment effect, and the biological is microbial aggregation with certain thickness, and compared with activated sludge method, biofilm method is more resistant to shock load and the operation of the equipment is more stable. SMC sewage treatment tank adopts the design concept of low volumetric loading, and the hydraulic retention time is more than 24 hours, which helps to increase the microbial self-oxidizing ability, and improves the quality of the effluent while reducing the production of residual sludge, and reduces the cost of sludge treatment and the cost of construction of sludge tanks. SMC sewage treatment tank is simple and unmanned operation, the use of Internet of Things technology can realize remote mobile management to save operation and maintenance labor costs.

(1) Anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic, the combination of three different environmental conditions and microbial communities are capable of simultaneously removing organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus.  
(2) In the process of simultaneous deoxygenation, phosphorus removal, and organic matter removal, this process flow is the simplest, and the total hydraulic retention time is also less than other similar processes.  
(3) Under the alternating environmental of anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic, filamentous bacteria do not reproduce in large numbers, and the SVI is generally less than 100, so sludge expansion does not occur.  
(4) The phosphorus content in sludge is high, generally above 2.5%.


Performance characteristics of underground PP integrated sewage treatment equipment:

(1)Meets discharge standards. The organic matter is effectively decomposed and degraded into inorganic matter, and then undergoes precipitation and disinfection. The effluent is stable and clear, meeting the discharge requirements.
