Product Parameters
1. SMC Materials
SMC material adopts FRP mold casting process, which has the advantages of general FRP material performance and at the same time improves the relevant mechanical property index. The material of the tank body include UP resin, glass fibers, fillers and various additives such as initiators, polymerization inhibitors, thickeners, internal release agents, etc. The glass fibers bear the major part of the mechanical strength, the filler reduces the cost and improves all the relevant properties of the resin and the composite material, etc., and prevents the fibers and resin from separating or being leached out during molding process.

- Corrosion resistance
It has good corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion from dilute concentrations of acids, alkalis, and salts. And has good resistance to oils, organic solvents, and seawater.
- Lightweight, high-strength, and resilient
It has high tensile strength, bending strength, and impact toughness, with a specific gravity between 1.75-1.90 g/cm3, and is lightweight, making it an ideal substitute material for ordinary plastics.
- UV aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance
Has good resistance to UV aging. The material can maintain good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range (-50ºC to +155ºC). If buried underground, the service life exceeds 30 years.
- Heat Insulation
It can reduce the impact of environmental temperature changes on the internal temperature of the box, especially in winter, which can effectively protect the water temperature and improve microbial biological efficiency.
- Good Impact Resistance, easy to manufacture
Good impact resistance; insensitive to notching (no neat fracture, cracks do not spread); good machinability (can be drilled and cut).
2. Bio-fillers
As one of the core components of the sewage treatment tank, the performance of the filler directly affects the attachment of microorganisms, thereby affecting the effectiveness of biofilm treatment of wastewater. Porous gel carrier has good hydrophilicity. The load capacity of microorganisms is large, and the volumetric load is high. The surviving microorganisms are not easily lost under the shear action of water and gas, thus achieving the goal of simultaneous reduction of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater. It also has the advantages of strong bubble cutting ability, high space volume utilization rate, and no dead zone, making it an ideal product for microbial carriers in current biological treatment technologies.

What differences between septic tank and sewage treatment plant
Septic Tanks & Sewage Plants - What's The Difference?
Septic tanks and sewage treatment systems serve the same purpose to the extent that they both provide buildings, that don't have access to mains sewers, with a way to process their wastewater. Despite their similarities, they do have some distinct differences.
What Is A Septic Tank?
As you can see in the diagram above, septic tanks are normally buried underground and are split into
multiple chambers. Wastewater enters one end of the septic tank, before being separated into solids (sludge) and oils (scum). The separated wastewater (effluent) then leaves the septic tank via an outlet and goes into a drainage field.
Once the water leaves the outlet pipe and has gone into the drainage field, the effluent is percolated
through the ground to remove bacteria, before being dispersed and rejoining watercourses.
How Does A Sewage Treatment Plant Work?
Although sewage treatment plants perform the same function as a septic tank, it does it in a different
way. Rather than just separating the sludge and scum from the wastewater, a sewage treatment plant uses a pump to aerate the chamber. This process encourages the growth of 'good' bacteria that will help to break down the harmful bacteria that's in the wastewater. Once this process has been completed, the liquid water can be released from the plant directly into watercourses, such as streams.
Key Differences
In terms of the process, the key difference between a septic tank and a sewage treatment plant is that a sewage treatment plant purifies the effluent before it is released, meaning that it can be released into streams without the need for further filtering.
Aside from the cleanliness of the effluent, there are also a number of other differences.
* Sewage treatment plants require electricity to run the air pump, however septic tanks can run power-free
* Septic tanks don't require servicing (although they do require emptying), whereas sewage treatment plants require servicing and emptying
* Septic tanks generally require emptying more frequently than sewage treatment plants
