Air flotation separation technology refers to the maximum dissolution of air in water under a certain working pressure. The next step is to release the pressure dissolved air-water, thereby generating a large number of small bubbles that come into complete contact with the oil and suspended flocs in the wastewater, causing them to adhere to the microbubbles and float to the surface of the water with the bubbles to form floating debris. Scum is scraped off by a scraping system to achieve the effect of purifying water quality.
Heavy particles flow through the inclined plate sedimentation zone, settle to the bottom of the sedimentation device, and are discharged into the sludge tank through pipelines for subsequent treatment. The clarified and purified water will be discharged from the equipment center pipe.
