Product Description
1T/D - 200T/D Seawater Desalination Equipment 6Stages Water Treatment Equipment for Drinking
1. Pre-treatment system
Pre-treatment is mainly to remove suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, etc. in the raw water to meet the feed water requirements of the reverse osmosis system, to ensure the normal operation of reverse osmosis. To ensure the normal operation of reverse osmosis. The pretreatment system includes multi-media filter, security filter and ancillary facilities.
2.3.1.1 Raw water pump
Reverse osmosis requires constant inlet flow rate and pressure to avoid fluctuations. At the same time, provide high flow of inlet water during the filter positive rinsing.
2.3.1.2 Multi-media filter
In order to intercept suspended solids, colloids and organic matter carried in the water for various reasons, and to adapt to the deterioration of water quality caused by seasonal changes in the raw water or unstable operation of the front-end process equipment, etc., a multi-media filter is installed after the raw water pump.
2.3.1.3 Dosing unit
The dosing unit can independently prepare and automatically mixing chemical agents. Its main function is to use programmatic methods to control the addition and mixing of chemical agents, in order to achieve the optimal mixing ratio and performance of the chemical agents.
2.3.1.4 Security filter
The security filter under high salt water conditions has a shell made of stainless steel material, and a tubular filter element such as PP melt blown, wire fired, folded, titanium filter element, and activated carbon filter element is used as the filtering element inside. Different filtering elements are selected according to different filtering media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent water quality. Used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, with high environmental requirements and high filtration accuracy for pharmaceutical liquid filtration. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for industrial fields such as medicine, food, chemical industry, environmental protection, and water treatment.
2.3.2 Single-stage reverse osmosis membrane modules
After pre-treatment, the raw water enters the reverse osmosis membrane modules. Under pressure, most of the water molecules and other trace ions pass through the reverse osmosis membrane and become the produced water after collection, which will be collected through the water production pipeline; Most of the salts, colloids, and organic matter in the water cannot pass through the reverse osmosis membrane and are trapped in concentrated water, which is discharged through a concentrated water pipeline.
2.4 System Control
This processing system adopts automatic control and can read the relevant process parameters of RO system through the touch screen, such as conductivity, pressure, etc.
