Design concept

MBR Membrane Operation Process
1. The raw water is transported by the pump or flows into the membrane tank by itself. Through the interception of the membrane, the sludge is intercepted by the membrane, and the clean water passes through the membrane under the suction of the pump for negative pressure suction to produce water.
2. A return pump is designed at the bottom of the membrane tank. Due to the efficient interception of the sludge by the membrane, with the operation of the system, the sludge concentration is getting higher and higher, so the setting of the return ratio is very important for the operation of the membrane.
3. The aeration rate is the key to maintaining the stable operation of the membrane. Any membrane aeration must be based on the gas flow meter as the basis for the membrane aeration rate.
4. The design of the water tank of this system: 1 small item is used for medicine washing (it can also be used as a transition water tank for water production). There are 2 large projects, one is the chemical cleaning water tank, and the other is the original medicine tank. When the trans-membranepressure difference reaches .025Mpa or continuous operation for three months, it is necessary to carry out on-line chemical cleaning of the membrane to maintain and maintain the membrane, so that the membrane can run continuously and stably.
5. Cleaning design: The chemical cleaning water tank can be placed on the ground, and the chemical cleaning can be carried out with a pump; it can also be placed on the membrane tank, and the chemical cleaning can be carried out through the high and low liquid level difference. Attention should be paid to the difference between the high and low liquid levels: (the liquid level between the bottom of the medicine box and the membrane tank is ≤1m, if it is >1m, pressure relief measures should be taken).
Considering the effect of biochemistry on the membrane, the membrane cannot produce water if the biochemically activated sludge is not well cultivated. The cultivation of biochemically activated sludge can be measured by SV30: SV30 is about 30%, and the supernatural is clear and no granular suspended solids are visible to the naked eye.
For membrane projects that do not use the activated sludge method, biochemistry can measure the COD removal rate: the COD removal rate is required to be more than 80%.
