Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is an emerging technology that combines membrane technology with biochemical reactions in wastewater treatment, also known as membrane separation activated sludge method. It is a water treatment technology that replaces traditional biochemical treatment technologies such as secondary sedimentation tanks and sand filters with membrane filtration. The membrane module only plays a role in separating mud and water during use.
 

 

Design concept:  

The product fully absorbs the advantages of hollow fiber membrane that use aeration membrane filaments to shake to slow down membrane fouling, and the ultra-thin filter layer of flat membranes,, which makes the water production per unit area much larger than that of hollow fiber membranes, while avoiding the two types if membranes have too long permeate flow channels and affect the lack of permeate water.
