Sedimentation system
Principle: The alum flower is uniform and dense, and then passes through the sedimentation system evenly distributed around. Since the inertia direction of the alum flower is consistent with the direction of gravity, the precipitation efficiency is greatly improved. The turbidity of the precipitated water can be close to 1NTU, which greatly reduces the back end. The burden on the filter tank is reduced, and the backwash frequency and backwash water volume of the filter tank are reduced. At the same time, our company's original sedimentation tank balanced sludge discharge system automatically adjusts the sludge discharge time according to the change of source water turbidity and water volume after fine measurement. Impurity removal rate is higher than 95% (higher than 99% in rainstorm weather).
Filtration system

High-efficiency integration of stainless steel
The equipment is developed for small-scale integration in mountainous and rural areas and is suitable for water sources with small changes in source water turbidity. In order to save land occupation and cost, the reaction tank is placed under the sedimentation tank, so that it takes 60 minutes to wait at the back end of the sedimentation tank after adjusting the dosage each time to see whether the treated water quality is ideal. Failure to see the reaction process means that you don't know whether the dosage is increased or decreased? It is only known that the dosage is inappropriate and needs to be adjusted. After each adjustment, it needs to wait 60 minutes to judge whether it can be adjusted again and again according to the water quality at the back end of the sedimentation tank. For the normally visible reaction tank, it can judge whether the dosage is appropriate according to the alum size and dense shape of the reaction knot in the reaction process 10 minutes after dosing, and adjust the dosage to a reasonable range in time. The commissioning time difference between the two processes is 42.5 times.
