Introduction to the process flow
The preparation of reverse osmosis in this project mainly compose of two parts,includes pretreatment system, 1st stage reverse osmosis system.
Pretreatment system: The key to long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis system lies in pretreatment. The quality of pretreatment not only determines the number of times the reverse osmosis device is back-washed, but also determines the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane element. The pretreatment system mainly solves the blockage of iron and manganese oxides, colloids, suspended solid particles and organic matter, and also prevents the damage of oxidizing substances to the membrane. It is mainly composed of multi-manganese sand filter, activated carbon filter, security filter, etc. In view of the importance of pretreatment, manganese sand filters and activated carbon filters are designed with lower flow rates.
Multi-media filter: equipped with a vertical cylinder multi-media filter, filled with refined quartz sand. When the raw water flows through the filter media layer of the multi-media filter, the filter media gap on the suspended matter to play a sieving role, so that the suspended matter is easy to retain on the surface of the filter media. When a certain amount of dirt is retained in the surface layer of the filter media, a dirt filter membrane layer is formed, thus enhancing the filtration effect and ensuring the quality of water from the multi-media filter. The water through the filter layer enters the activated carbon filter.
Activated carbon filter: The activated carbon filter is equipped with a vertical cylindrical filter filled with refined activated carbon. This configuration mainly uses the adsorption mechanism of granular activated carbon to adsorb organic matter and residual chlorine in the water. It can also remove colloidal residues, iron oxides, suspended matter, reduce color and turbidity, and ensure the normal operation of the downstream system. The activated carbon filter must ensure that the residual chlorine content of the effluent is ≤0.1ppm and SDI ≤4.
Security filter: It is installed before the membrane and is the last protective device entering the reverse osmosis membrane. Its purpose is to prevent large particles in the water from entering the membrane and causing damage to the membrane, thus ensuring the normal operation of the membrane system.
High-pressure pump: Its main purpose is to make the reverse osmosis water reach a certain pressure so that reverse osmosis can proceed, that is, to overcome the osmotic pressure and allow water molecules to pass through the fresh water layer of the reverse osmosis membrane. According to estimates, the reverse osmosis device has an inlet water pressure of 2m3/hr and an inlet water pressure of about 10-15bar.
Reverse osmosis system: Reverse osmosis is the heart of the pre-desalination system. The maturity and rationality of the design are related to the service life and operating cost of the reverse osmosis device. The main components of this system include high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane components, automatic control and water quality monitoring. The membrane components are made of polyamide composite roll-type membranes, which can withstand high pressure and have good chemical erosion resistance. They can remove most of the salts in the water. The desalination rate of a single membrane is ≥98%, and the core membrane uses our company's self-produced membrane.
The overall characteristics of the material are as follows:
1. Light weight: simple installation structure, low post-production costs for transport, installation etc.
2. High stiffness: not easy to deform, simple reinforcement design, can achieve less skeleton (no skeleton) installation design.
3. Good impact performance: impact resistance and prevention of damage to the body from impacting objects.
4. Good thermal insulation and heat preservation performance: comfort, energy saving.
5. Thermal insulation and heat preservation, sound insulation and noise reduction.
6. Flame retardant performance in accordance with railway standard J5510; moisture-proof, insect-proof, never corrosive (suitable for coastal).
7. Delicate and smooth surface, smooth curve, beautiful shape; can be shaped.
8. Easy to repair after damage, can be slotted and filled at will.
